The Help Center is a single point of contact for information and assistance with classroom, desktop, network and telephone technologies. The Help Center also provides audio visual service and support for the campus. To report problems with classroom and desktop equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc., or to ask questions about technology on campus, call the Help Center at 456-8803 (on campus, Ext 8803) or email helpdesk@ric.edu
The Help Center is located in Room 113 in Gaige Hall. The hours of operation are:

Help is also available in the walk-in computing labs in Horace Mann Technology Center and Whipple 102. The walk-in labs are open daily, nights and weekends. They are monitored by student staff who will provide support for lab hardware and offer limited assistance with application software.
