City Year Now Offering Rolling Admissions
City Year has entered into a rolling admissions period. Many locations across the country are still accepting applications.

HERE Tufts Graduate Schools consist of 8 graduate schools which include the Sackler School of Biomedical Sciences, the Friedman School of Nutrition, the School of Medicine, the Dental School, the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Graduate School of Engineering, the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and the Fletcher School of International Diplomacy.
Room and Board are free. Eligibility requires that a student have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible to attend this event. Space is limited. Juniors and seniors are strongly preferred to attend and will be given preference with acceptance to this event. Students and programs must pay for their own travel to this event. Room and board are provided by Tufts University for June 20th and 21st.
Tufts University is a private Research1/University of High Research activity located in the Boston, Massachusetts metro area. The university is organized into undergraduate programs and eight graduate schools on 3 campuses in Massachusetts . The university emphasizes active citizenship and public service in all of its disciplines.

Summer Application Deadline: April 30City Year is a nonprofit organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service, giving them the skills and opportunities to change the world. As tutors, mentors and role models, these diverse young leaders make a difference in the lives of children, and transform schools, communities, and neighborhoods alike. City Year is a proud member of AmeriCorps.
At City Year's 24 locations across the United States, corps members serve full-time for 10 months, each providing more than 1,700 hours of service. Corps members serve in schools as tutors, mentors, role models and leaders of after-school programs. As a City Year corps member, you will help students stay on track and get back on track to graduate by helping them improve course performance, attendance and behavior. City Year provides real world experiences of incomparable value in terms of personal and professional development.
City Year’s November 15th application deadline is rapidly approaching While the year progresses and our upcoming deadlines come to pass, we’ll see an increasing amount of applications—the November 15th deadline is the last application deadline before the end of this semester and the best chance for students to increase their odds of being accepted.
