New England Regional Student Program

New England residents who live outside Rhode Island may enroll in specified curricula at RIC for in-state tuition rates plus 50%. The student's program of study must not be offered at an institution in the student's home state, or RIC must be closer in traveling time to the student's legal residence than it is to an institution offering an approved program in the home state. If the student changes major to a non-NEBHE program, he/she will be charged out-of-state tuition.
